Check-in/Check-out policy
- The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.
- Early check-in can be allowed but will be subject to availability and prior confirmation at the time of booking.
- Late check-out fee is Rs 1000/hour.
- Late check-out is entertained only upon prior requests at the time of booking, if approved by the front desk.
Reservation Policy
- All reservations are confirmed against advance payment.
- Guests must agree to responsible conduct. Any behaviour below acceptable standards can result in the guest being asked to leave the premises with no compensation or refund.
- Guest visitors are not allowed without charges.
Documents Required During Time of Check-in
- A valid photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests.
- Photo ID accepted are Driver’s License, Aadhaar card, Voters ID, Passport.
- PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival - No charge
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% charge
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival and No shows - Full charge
- No refund once you have checked in if you want to leave
- before your check out date
- Management has the right to revoke the booking in case of unruly circumstances.
